This project is dedicated for all Union Health Staff because we understand your long working hours and exposure to trauma and multiple diseases in your personal community, home, and workplace!

 

We are dedicated to giving you the opportunity for a "Mental Minute" with a trained specialist within 48 hours of your request. You might need a total of 5 free sessions or simply a single session to unload and free your mind.  What ever the case might be, simply call or fax your confidential request and our dedicated team member will confidentially text you your free appointment information.
