Stephanie Laws, is the Vice President and Administrator of Union Hospital Clinton. Additionally, She is the Executive Director of the RHIC and the Manager of the Lugar Center's Telehealth and Innovative Technologies. Her work in designing virtual systems has garnered local, state, & national attention.

The Rural Physician Pipeline allows students in the Wabash Valley complete all of their needed medical education and training to become a physician in rural areas without leaving the area.
