Lugar Center Welcomes Traci Dedor

Traci Dedor calls Indiana home and is returning after her adulthood travels as a

military family. She has been working within healthcare systems across the U.S.A. for over 20 years.Mrs. Dedor holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management as well as a Master’s in Project Management from Keller Graduate School.Experience includes LEAN focused endeavors, process improvement, service line enhancements, new facility strategies, ACO development, growth initiatives, recruitment, length of stay, cost and quality projects.Traci’s passion for healthcare enhanced after working for Mayo Clinic while crafting care within rural communities. Doing what is right for the sake of the patient coming first will always drive better care at the right time and at the right place.
